ကောက်ညှင်း (အင်္ဂလိပ်: Glutinous rice) သည် အရှေ့အာရှနှင့် အရှေ့တောင်အာရှတွင် စိုက်ပျိုးဖြစ်ထွန်းသော ဆန်တစ်မျိုး ဖြစ်သည်။
