စေတနာ့ဝန်ထမ်း ဆိုသည်မှာ တစ်စုံတစ်ဦး သို့မဟုတ် အုပ်စုတစ်ခုခုက ငွေကြေးရယူခြင်း မရှိဘဲ အခြားလူပုဂ္ဂိုလ်၊ အုပ်စု သို့မဟုတ် အဖွဲ့အစည်း တစ်ခုခုအား အကျိုးရှိစေရန် ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးခြင်းဟု ယေဘုယျအားဖြင့် ယူဆနိုင်သည်။[1]
