သမုတ်ဆိုသည်မှာ ထိုသံဃအစည်းအဝေး၌ပါဝင်သော ရဟန်းတော်တို့ကအားလုံးသဘောတူအသိအမှတ်ပြုခြင်းပင်ဖြစ်သည်။ ဤသို့သမုတ်ထားသောဗဒ္ဓသိမ်ကိုရည်၍ သိမ်ထဲသို့သွားပြီးရဟန်းပြုပေးသည်ဟုဆိုသည်။[1]
