ပါ့သ်မြို့သည် ဩစတြေးလျနိုင်ငံ အနောက်ဩစတြေးလျပြည်နယ် ၏ မြို့တော်ဖြစ်ပြီး ဩစတြေးလျတွင် စတုတ္ထမြောက် လူဦးရေ အများဆုံးမြို့လည်း ဖြစ်သည်။ ပါ့သ်မက်ထရိုပိုလစ်တန် ဒေသတွင် လူဦးရေ ၁သန်း ၇ သိန်းခန့် ရှိမည်ဟု ခန့်မှန်းရသည်။
