ဝဏ္ဏကျော်ထင် ဦးဝင်းမြင့် သည် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံသား စီးပွားရေးလုပ်ငန်းရှင်နှင့် စီးပွားရေးနှင့် ကူးသန်းရောင်းဝယ်ရေး ဝန်ကြီးဌာန၏ ပြည်ထောင်စုဝန်ကြီး အဖြစ် တာဝန်ထမ်းဆောင်ခဲ့သူ ဖြစ်သည်။[2] ကုန်သည်များနှင့် စက်မှုလက်မှု လုပ်ငန်းရှင်များအသင်း၏ ဥက္ကဋ္ဌ အဖြစ် ဆောင်ရွက်ခဲ့သူဖြစ်ကာ ရွှေနဂါးမင်းကုမ္ပဏီ၏ ပိုင်ရှင်လည်းဖြစ်သည်။[3][4]
