Perl
Computer programming တွင် Perl သည် high-level, general-purpose, interpreted, dynamic programming language ဖြစ်သည်။ Perl ကို ၁၉၈၇ ခုနှစ်တွင် နာဆာ တွင် systems administrator အဖြစ်လုပ်သော ဘာသာစကား ပညာရှင် Larry Wall က စာတမ်းဖြေရှင်းချက် များ ရေးရလွယ်ကူရန် ယေဘူယျသုံး Unix scripting language တစ်ခုအဖြစ် တီထွင်ခဲ့သည်။ နောက်ပိုင်းတွင် အမျိုးမျိုးပြောင်းလဲခဲ့ပြီး ပရိုဂရမ်မာ များအကြား ခေတ်စားခဲ့သည်။ Larry Wall သည် Perl ၏ အဓိက အစိတ်အပိုင်း တိုးတက်မှုက ထမ်းသိမ်းခဲ့ပြီး ယခုဆိုလျှင် Perl 6 အဖြစ်သို့ ရောက်ပြီဖြစ်သည်။[3]
